Do we have to replace our current testing platform or app?
No. Keep your paper, current app, assessment mode and student flow. Altrope is added around the institute’s existing process.
Is Altrope just another testing platform?
Testing is one part of the system. Altrope also helps decide what should be tested, protects measurement quality, turns results into academic action and carries unresolved gaps into the next paper.
Which assessment modes are supported?
Online, Offline, OMR and hybrid assessment workflows are supported. The depth of available evidence depends on what each assessment mode captures.
Will students need another app?
No new student app is required where the institute’s existing assessment flow can provide the required evidence.

03 · DATA PRIVACY
Academic evidence stays protected.
Do we need to share student data?
No student data sharing is needed.
How is information protected?
Altrope provides complete data privacy and encryption throughout the agreed workflow.
Who can access institute information?
Access is limited to the roles and workflow agreed with the institute before deployment.
What happens to our information if we stop using Altrope?
Data rights, exit, export, retention and deletion terms are agreed with the institute before deployment.
04 · FACULTY CONTROL
Your judgement remains final.
Does Altrope replace faculty judgement?
No. Altrope surfaces evidence and academic priorities. Your faculty decides what changes.
Can we trust every diagnosis?
Altrope shows the available evidence and should say less when that evidence is weak. A finding can remain unresolved or require faculty review rather than forcing a recommendation.
What happens when there is no clear shared problem?
The system can withhold a batch-level action. “No action” or “review required” is a valid result when the evidence does not support one shared diagnosis.
Is this just another analytics dashboard?
A dashboard ends in a chart. Altrope should end in a teaching priority, student action, re-check obligation or next-paper decision.
Does Altrope guarantee marks, ranks or selection?
No system can guarantee an academic outcome. Altrope improves the evidence, decisions and continuity around teaching, testing and revision.
